My research has focused primarily on the experiences of youth athletes and sport spectators although my broader research interests encompass experiences and practices of coaching, refereeing, and youth sport parents. I'm particularly interested in the factors that drive (dis)satisfaction as well as outcomes from their experiences such as loyalty in sport (from participant, parent, coach, and spectator perspectives), word-of-mouth, complaining behavior, dropout, retention, and sense of community sport.
