RESEARCH INTERESTS
I am the Senior Associate Vice President for Research Integrity & Compliance and the Associate Dean for Research in the College of Social Work at the University of Utah. Both roles require an understanding of (a) research rigor and methods, (b) how to implement study activities so they follow state, national and agency guidelines, policies, and laws, and (c) how to collaborate with study teams from various disciplines. Communication among team is a key component for any research project in the 21st century. My areas of research interest of qualitative methods, ethics in research, and women's health.
