My current teaching responsibilities include Professsional Practice, Neuroanatomy, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Doctoral Seminar Courses within the Entry-level DPT program, and courses for PhD students in Rehabilitation Sciences. In addition to University courses planned / administrated, I have mentored junior faculty, post-doctoral fellows, PhD, DPT, MS, and undergrad students in research as well as taught numerous continuing medical education courses to practicing clinicians. 

Teaching diverse topics and having the opportunity to observe and be mentored by skilled teachers has contributed to the continued refinement of my teaching philosophy and skills. I strive to create and run courses with a high level of content, include a diversity of learning opportunities that require active involvement by the student, to clearly communicate my expectations for student performance, and to provide the support necessary for students of varied learning styles the opportunity to maximize their learning.
