SCOTT PICKETT

Scott has received several teaching awards since accepting his full-time position at the school. These awards include the "Rod Brady Superior Teaching" Award granted by the David Eccles School of Business in both 2013 and 2019, the Kenneth J. Hanni Teaching Award recognizing outstanding teaching in the School of Accounting in both 2014 and 2024 (Scott was honored to be the first recipient of this award), the Master's Teaching Excellence Award in 2020, the Student Mentoring Faculty Award in 2018 and the UACPA "Outstanding Educator" Award in 2025.
