JACQUELINE EATON

I approach both online and face to face learning with a student-centered approach. I aim to create environments that encourage students to interact with content and apply knowledge. This is achieved by sharing both teaching and learning responsibilities with students. I have taught in-person and online in the College of Nursing since 2003. My primary teaching responsibilities focuse on courses in the Gerontology Interdisciplinary Program (Aging and the Arts, Applications of Research in Aging, Research Methods in Aging, Introduction to Gerontology). I also serve on graduate student committees for students at the MS and PhD levels, providing mentoring to complete dissertation, thesis, and MS capstone projects.
