Grainger teaches across several disciplines and Colleges at the University of Utah.  He lectures on diverse topics including physical chemistry of drug delivery systems, biocompatibility, biomaterials, bioanalytical chemistry and chemometrics, research data veracity and reliability, scientific peer reviewing, technnology transfer and medical technology translation, nanotoxicity, and fluorinated materials.
