I participate outreach meetings and events to promote the Marriott Library services across campus such as campus committee meetings, information fair, and graduate events, and tabling events.

I provided hands-on library instruction sessions and occasional follow-up consultations for high school students who came to the University of Utah for training in how to find, use and evaluate research resources.

As a member of the graduate services committee I have been involved in working on planning graduate events such as Dissertation and Thesis Boot Camp, graduate workshops, graduate scholarship reviews, and the Graduate Social/Open House.

Was chair for 5 years and then a committee member and helped organize and facilitate the Graduate Writing Retreat twice a year
