KRYSTAL MOORMAN BISHIR

Krystal Bishir, PharmD is currently a Professor at the Department of Pharmacotherapy, College of Pharmacy, University of Utah. She is also a clinical pharmacist at the South Jordan Health Center, which serves as a practice site for the Community Practice Residency.  The South Jordan Health Center provides diabetes hyperlipidemia, and hypertension education and management; smoking cessation; asthma education; and medication therapy management.
