TEACHING INTERESTS
I see food as a means of connection and learning. As a registered dietitian and educator, I strive to inspire my students through nutrition education and cultural understanding. My teaching philosophy centers on creating experiential learning environments where students can apply concepts in real-world settings. I encourage students to share their experiences and view topics through multiple lenses. By integrating hands-on food labs and varied assessments, I help students develop practical skills and respect for global cuisines. My goal is to guide students to grow beyond their comfort zones, with kindness, honesty, and understanding.
