KINES 4465: Exercise Programming: Assessment and Delivery (Spring 2025)
Focused on designing and delivering exercise programs, this course teaches students how to assess fitness levels, create personalized exercise plans, and apply evidence-based practices for diverse populations. It integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application in exercise science and prepares students to pass the ACSM-EP exam.
