BIO

I graduated from the University of Utah DPT program in 2022.  Following graduation, I worked in an outpatient orthopedic private practice in Whitefish, MT. I began my employment in the Department of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training in April of 2023. I am a full-time clinician in the University of Utah Balance and Mobility Clinic (BAM). Working most of the time with patient care, I have developed my clinical skills through the pursuit of continuing education for the relevant patient populations in this clinic. I work with a full caseload of patients with complex dizziness and vertigo, neurodegenerative diagnoses, functional diagnoses, post concussive syndrome, vestibular migraines, and general imbalance. These patients often require a significant amount of care coordination. The patients that present to this clinic are often incredibly medically complex and present with challenging diagnoses.  This has offered me opportunities to bring current research into practice and support best patient care. Since beginning here, I have become a faculty co-advisor on the student run wellness board. Further, as a faculty run department clinic, we offer an opportunity for student access to clinical practice and integration of skills. I currently work with students in their terminal full time experiences as well as part time and observational students.
