Dr. Erin Tucker teaches graduate neonatal nurse practitioner students in the areas of embryology, neonatal transition, advanced health assessment, pharmacology, and simulation-based procedural skills. Her teaching emphasizes integrating foundational science with clinical application, helping students develop the critical thinking and clinical reasoning required to care for critically ill newborns. She is committed to evidence-based education, active learning, and the use of authentic clinical scenarios and simulation to prepare future neonatal nurse practitioners for independent practice.
