RESEARCH INTERESTS

My research interest focuses on post-disaster community recovery planning, disaster mitigation and adaptation planning and long-term capacity building for disaster resilience. I am interested in stakeholder decision-making in these processes and its interaction with larger socioeconomic, institutional and policy systems. My research interest spans all geographies and all natural hazards.
