RESEARCH INTERESTS

Dr. Fraser approaches her scholarship through the lens of a practitioner connected to the daily realities of school leadership. Her research explores how early leadership development and intentional support structures contribute to sustained, effective practice over time. She is particularly interested in how leaders design and create conditions that promote continuous improvement, system coherence, and strong instructional cultures. Informed by her professional experience, her focus highlights the relationship between leadership decision making, reflective practice, and the development of positive, growth oriented learning environments.

As a committed advocate for graduate students and aspiring leaders, Dr. Fraser prioritizes the development of emerging scholar-practitioners - individuals who integrate research, reflection, and applied practice to lead thoughtfully within educational systems and to create meaningful, lasting impact.
