RESEARCH INTERESTS

My research sits at the intersection of leadership development, workforce transformation, and AI adoption in healthcare. My doctoral work focuses on impostor phenomenon among healthcare leaders. I am designing a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest study of whether AI-enabled coaching can reduce impostor feelings and strengthen leadership self-efficacy.

More broadly, I study confidence as an organizational capability that systems can build, measure, and sustain, rather than as an individual trait. Related interests include psychological safety and belonging during technology change, why AI initiatives stall after the pilot stage, skills-based workforce planning, and the role of HR as an architect of enterprise transformation. I am also interested in how analytics and career education prepare the next generation of healthcare leaders.
