TEACHING INTERESTS
My approach to teaching is rooted in the belief that education should cultivate both technical excellence and artistic confidence while fostering an appreciation for diverse cultural perspectives. I strive to create a structured yet dynamic learning environment that supports students’ personal and professional growth, balancing rigorous technical training with their psychological well-being. My goal is to ensure that learning remains an engaging and meaningful process. In studio-based courses such as Ballet Technique and Partnering, I tailor instruction to individual skill levels, set clear goals, and provide continuous feedback to help students develop both technical proficiency and confidence. Recognizing the physical and mental demands of ballet training, I emphasize safe and effective teaching methodologies while encouraging students to cultivate their artistic identities. Additionally, I incorporate technological tools such as video analysis and movement research and apply interdisciplinary approaches to enhance the learning experience. My commitment to teaching extends beyond the classroom to mentoring, curriculum development, and international collaborations, including master classes and research initiatives. Through these efforts, I aim to equip students with the skills and adaptability needed to succeed in the evolving landscape of ballet while fostering a lifelong passion for learning and artistic growth.
