BIO

I was born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu, where I developed my love for the outdoors, physical activity, and fitness. This interest led me to pursue my bachelor's and master's degrees in the Kinesioloogy. I have worked as a bench scientist, a clinical exercise physiologist, a nurse, and,  currently, as a university instructor of future health and wellness professionals.
