I have taught in the Gerontology Interdisciplinary Program within the College of Nursing for 13 years, including numerous classes such as Introduction to Aging, Social and Public Policy in Aging, Health and Optimal Aging, International Dimensions of Lifelong Learning, Experiences and Challenges of Aging, and The Aging Mind. These courses are interdisciplinary and available to undergraduate and graduate students across campus. Students take these courses as electives or for requirements for our certificate, minor, or master's degree options. I also teach in the doctoral Nursing program within the college - Fundamentals of Grant Writing.
