BIO
Research Vision
Artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing how people learn, make decisions, and create value. My research examines how human capability develops, can be observed, and can be strengthened when AI becomes a routine collaborator.
Using undergraduate management education as an empirical laboratory, I investigate the behavioral processes underlying effective human-AI collaboration, including judgment, inquiry, evidence evaluation, trust calibration, ethical reasoning, and responsible AI delegation.
This work is developing into Human Capability Science, an interdisciplinary research program that integrates management education, organizational behavior, responsible AI, workforce development, and leadership. A central contribution of this research is the development of Human Capability Telemetry, a framework for observing and measuring the decision processes that characterize AI-ready graduates and, ultimately, AI-ready organizations.
